MeL is the Michigan eLibrary, an anywhere, anytime library for Michigan residents.
Of interest to learners and tutors are the tests and tutorials. Look for "Tests and Tutorials" on the home page.
Anyone can access these tests using his/her library card number or a Michigan driver license.
